Corporate Responsibility (CR) is ultimately governed by our Chief Executive, Scott Wardrop, and his Directors. Our group has an established CR Committee, which has representation from all businesses within Eurovia UK, who meet frequently to discuss CR for the group and share best practice.

We have designated CR Champions to manage and record their business activities and liaise with the local community. Alongside their day job, they take the lead on planning, implementing and recording CR activities within each business area, feeding back to quarterly CR Committee meetings. Line managers and the Group Sustainability and CR Advisor support the CR champions in developing plans and communicating information to their designated business areas. Dissemination of CR-related information is a vital aspect of the champions’ role. Their communications via meetings, noticeboards and emails are supplemented by information about CR targets, events and achievements published in Insight, our staff magazine.

Sustainability is also supported throughout our business by the Group Sustainability Committee. Representatives from a selection of businesses and job roles site on the committee to support innovations and disseminate developments throughout the group.
