There are many administration roles throughout Eurovia UK in a wide variety of areas including Human Resources, Payroll, Commercial and Operations.
Bid Team
It is the Bid Team’s role to manage all quality submissions elements for Strategic Pre-qualifications and Tenders and assist in the submission process of Non-Strategic Tenders. Roles within the team focus on the development and communication of tender winning proposals, balancing quality and financial needs and client liaison.
It is the Buyer’s role to assist the Group subsidiaries in achieving their Business Plan objectives, by providing a competitive supply chain management service. This will include supply chain negotiations for strategic tenders and finalising these negotiations during the mobilisation of successful contracts.
Contracts Manager
It is the Contracts Manager’s role to manage all the day-to-day operational aspects of the Contract. This includes assisting in the pre-planning and pre-programming of tendered contracts, managing and promoting Safe Working processes, managing resource works and working within the constraints and specification of the contract.
The Estimator’s role is to assist in the achievement of our Business Plan objectives by providing a positive contribution towards a competitive and comprehensive estimating service. This will include analysing the Clients technical tender requirements and assisting in the preparation of commercially competitive financial tenders for return within the specified timescales.
Operative’s work on all contracts to carry out general maintenance works and operations on the highway. The role involves carry out all required checks of plant, equipment and vehicles including completion of associated reports and being responsible for personal safety and that of others.
Site Agent
As a Site Agent you will supervise the efficient and effective running of the Operational activities meeting all safety, environment and quality obligations. The role includes working with the client, carrying out site supervision and ensuring works completed to specification.
The Supervisor’s role is to support the Site Agent in the efficient and effective running of the depot by providing general support as appropriate. This includes site supervision, maintain depot stock levels, undertake site inspections and actively foster positive staff morale.
Graduates take part in our two-year development programme to enable them to experience a wide array of disciplines and specialisms throughout group. Our Graduate Training Programme aims to provide all-round experience with as much responisibility as possible to undergraduates/ graduates within the Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor Programme.
