As a Supervisor you will lead, motivate and maximise the performance and safety of our hard-working gangs to undertake reactive and planned maintenance works, ensuring exceptional quality road and footway repairs within delivery timescales, that delight our client and road users.

Based from our Kings Langley Depot in Hertfordshire, core elements of the role include:

  • Prioritising safety - ensuring that plant, equipment and vehicle safety checks are conducted and that all gangs carry out their duties in accordance with company safety guidelines
  • Strategic planning and resourcing of the works schedules and dispatching gangs accordingly that maximise their skills and expertise
