Priority Response Officer - Hertfordshire

Ringway Infrastructure Services is looking for an Emergency Priority Response Officer to join the team based in Hertfordshire.

 

Role to include:

  • Receiving, logging and processing fault reports by phone and email.
  • Monitoring fault reporting systems for fault reports logged electronically.
  • To continually liaise with operational supervisors to discuss workload and resource available.
  • Ensuring all relevant information is provided to Operational Supervisor and Crews.
  • Liaising with Crew during action and provide any additional support as necessary.
  • To continually monitor ‘live’ jobs to ensure their completion within time scales.
  • Supporting other activities within the Control Centre.
  • Maintaining and updating the Management Information System.

 

Experience and Skills required:

  • Previous experience working in a call centre.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to make measured decisions in challenging situations, in a logical manner.
  • Strong processing and administration skills.
  • Good time management skills, being able to prioritise your workload.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.

 

We are looking for someone who is proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Familiarity with Confirm and Causeway Project Accounting would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
