Graduate Development Programme

We’re expanding our graduate development opportunities to offer a holistic 2-year programme, providing talented and innovative individuals the chance to hone their skills and explore the long-term career opportunities within our business.

The future of transport and infrastructure in the UK is exciting and stimulating with Smart Motorways, driverless vehicles and Smart Cities all high on the governments agenda, the investment in this industry will be calling upon the best leaders to help our business transform how we get around in our day to day lives.


Eurovia UK is backed by our international parent company VINCI, and we are positioning our company to be a part of this revolution. We are therefore keen to bring the right people into our business that supports these aspirations. You won’t just be shadowing and learning from others, you will be putting into practice the skills and knowledge gained from your degree, and given real responsibility for project work, bringing your ideas and innovation to life and making a valued contribution to help our continued growth.


Broadly, the programme will consist of four, six month placements across the UK, three in our divisions and one in our head office shared services department in Horsham, West Sussex. You will have a dedicated mentor and the programme could lead to further professional qualifications.  The type of work you’ll be involved in will include projects such as developing new products, entering new markets, and future proofing our business.


At the end of the programme you will have gained skills and new found passions, with the insight to know where you want to take your career and we will support you to achieve your aspirations based on the opportunities available within the business at the time.


Entry requirements:


We only have a small number of opportunities, as it’s important to us to ensure you receive the individualised programme that will maximise your potential and bring the most value to our business. We are therefore seeking applications from people with the following attributes:

  • Minimum 2:1 in either a Business based or Economics degree
  • A good understanding and application of technology
  • Solutions driven, self-motivation, initiative and confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
  • A full UK driving licence
