As a Bid Coordinator, you will be a key member of this team to continue our ongoing success, with the long-term prospects on offer for you to personally develop and progress. This is a really hands on role where you will have responsibility for some elements of the bid process and make a significant contribution to the overall submission.


Some of the key duties in this role include:

  • Researching and      monitoring bid opportunities across the Group
  • Involvement in the      end-to-end bid cycle, including the pre-qualifying questionnaire (PQQ)      through to post-tender
  • Preparing documentation      for the Group Tender Committee
  • Supporting the Bid      Manager, Quality Bid Manager and Lead Estimator in producing the Bid      Briefing
  • Reviewing tender      documents to ensure all deliverables are understood and scheduled
  • Researching potential      clients to understand requirements and maximise bid success
  • Supporting the      development of storyboards and written responses, ensuring compliance and      consistency
  • Managing the customer      tender portal
  • Organising photos/graphics      and hard copy bid production (folders, dividers, printing etc)
  • Contributing to bid      writing as agreed with the Quality Bid Manager
  • Administrative support      on bids, including electronic bid submissions

We are looking for applications from people who have experience of working in a bid environment, ideally with public sector clients. Highways or construction would be very beneficial but not essential. You must be extremely organised and methodical, with exceptional communication skills that ensures bids stay on track and the team are aware of any issues. This role will require good writing skills.
