You will ideally have similar experience of leading a small administration team and working with a central work flow, such as from a shared service or contact centre and be willing to carry out your fair share of the administration work. Your skills will need to include multi-tasking and being highly organised as well as being customer focused. You will need to be a competent user of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel and have the ability to learn our in-house system SAP – for which training will be provided.
